Membership joining open again

I have some good news to report for all of you. The group that's been terrorizing and hacking known as D2FC, their leaders, as well as their spy have been kicked out of DA. While I'm happy to see that group, along with its leaders and spy, have been banned, we must remain vigilant about the possibility of them coming back under different aliases.

I will be opening up Members join requests again, but Administrator join requests are still going to be locked out. I don't think I'll be opening up Administrator join requests for quite some time until this is truly all over. So until then, all of you who wanted to join this group are now welcome to become full fledged members now.
